FACT SHEET FOR BRODIES/ RF&G MEN’S and WOMEN’S OPEN DOUBLES TENNIS TOURNAMENT 2021 (Sanctioned by the Belize Tennis Association)
- TOURNAMENT VENUE: Belize Pickwick Club
- ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday 21st June, 2021 @ 4 pm
Note: Please comply with entry deadline as we are ordering t-shirts for all participants.
- DISTRIBUTION OF DRAW TO PARTICIPANTS: THURSDAY June 24, 2021 BY 6 PM.
- TOURNAMENT DATE & TIME: Friday June 25th , 2021 commencing 6PM and continues Saturday June 26th and Sunday June 27th (If needed depending on number of entries)
- EVENTS TO BE PLAYED & FORMATS:
- OPEN MEN’S DOUBLES
- OPEN WOMEN’S DOUBLES
Pro-Set in Round Robin, Ads Played out, Tie breaker applies at 7 games all, Top 4 teams proceed to Semis. Best of 3 regular sets in semis, Ads Played out, Tie breaker applies at 6 games all; Best of 3 regular sets in finals, Ads Played out, Tie breaker applies at 6 games all, all other ITF rules shall apply. Tournament Director has the right to adjust format on tournament dates depending on number of entries and time restrictions)
- PRIZES TO WINNERS & RUNNERS UP.
- ENTRY FEE: $15.00 per person/$30.00 per doubles team payable at the Tennis Courts prior to start of play.
- TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR: Samira Pott assisted by Juana Avila
